SPA ETIQUETTE AND EXPECTATIONS
Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours notice will incur a 75% cancellation fee. Full charges will be imposed for a "no show".
Etiquette a.r.t. massage body spa is a retreat for your mind, body and spirit. We require draping in all sessions and treatments. Out of consideration for others, we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum. Dedicate your time at our spa to complete relaxation. Switching off cellular phones and other electronic devices is recommended so that you may relish in your treatment without interruption from the outside world.
Reservations We do accept walk-ins, however, we recommend that you book well in advance to secure you preferred date and time of treatment. If we do not have space available for your desired date and/or time, ask to be put on our "standby" list. A credit card number is required to secure appointments.
Gift Certificates Gift certificates for our treatments are valid for 12 months and can be purchased at the front desk in person, over the phone, or from our website. Appointment "no shows" will void the gift certificate.
Check In Please arrive on time to avoid a reduced appointment time. Late appointment arrivals will be responsible for the full payment of scheduled treatment.
Gratuities
Gratuities are greatly appreciated but not required.
Refund Policy All gift certificates are nonrefundable. Gift certificates are transferable and can be exchanged for any treatment of equal or less value, if available.
Payment We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
